Magnetic End Effector

The magnetic end effector is a robotic arm mechanism designed to enable in-flight drone capture and release. Integrated into the capture and release gantry, it actively compensates for the drone’s roll, pitch, and yaw. Developed using off-the-shelf components, 3D-printed parts, and precision servos, the design ensures accurate, robust, and reliable operation.
